 All DUI program enrollments at Cascade Circle DUI Program are completed by appointment only.

Enrollment appointments take approximately one hour, as several required steps must be completed.

• Review and discuss all required program contracts
   
• Watch a mandatory video explaining program rules and Title 9 regulations
   
• Explain program expectations and responsibilities
   
• Answer any questions you may have
   

Once enrollment is complete, we will prepare your session schedule using the work schedule you provide and in accordance with state regulations and program availability.

Sessions are assigned based on state requirements and availability.

• Electronically submit your DL107 (Proof of Enrollment) to DMV
   
• Email you a copy of the DL107 for your records
   
• Email your official program schedule
   

If you provide court documentation, we will also send proof of enrollment directly to the court.
Without court documentation, we can only notify DMV of your enrollment. The court will not be notified unless documentation is provided by you.

A $200 down payment is due at the time of enrollment.

All participants are placed on a state-approved payment plan. These fees and payment structures are regulated by the State and cannot be modified or negotiated.

Appointments are typically scheduled 1–4 weeks out, depending on demand. Due to high demand, processing times may vary. We will contact you when your information reaches the top of the scheduling queue.

Please submit only one enrollment form, as multiple submissions may cause delays and confusion.

 Attendance is required and regulated by Title 9.

All clients must complete:

• 6 education sessions, regardless of program length
   

You will move into weekly group and counseling sessions based on your program.

• Up to 2 times per week during education
   
• Typically 1 time per week afterward
   

• Education — 2 hours 15 minutes
   
• Group Process — 2 hours 15 minutes
   
• Individual Face-to-Face — 15 minutes
  (All longer sessions include a 15-minute break)

Absences are limited by program length:

• Wet & Reckless — 2
   
• 3-Month — 5
   
• 6-Month — 7
   
• 9-Month — 7
   
• 18-Month — 10
   

All absences:

• Must be made up
   
• $30 fee per absence
   

Exceeding allowed absences may delay completion or result in termination.

You may reschedule a session before it begins.

• Must contact us prior to start time
   
• $25 reschedule fee
   
• Class must still be completed
   

If you do not contact us beforehand, it will count as an absence.

• $200 down payment due at enrollment
   
• Remaining balance placed on a state-approved payment plan
   
• Payment plans and fees are regulated by the State

-Payment is due on the 5th of each month.

-A 10-day grace period is given before a late fee is assessed, please plan accordingly.

-If a payment has not been made and is late you are given another 10-day period before you are suspended from attending group and education sessions.

-If full payment is not made by the end of the 15-day suspension period you are placed in Termination Status with the termination going to Court and DMV. (DMV will suspend your license and may not give it back until completion)

• Attend consistently
   
• Avoid absences
   
• Avoid rescheduling
   
• Follow their contract and schedule
   

typically finish faster, with fewer fees, and less stress.

Staying on schedule is the easiest and most affordable way to complete your program.
