Frequently Asked Questions

The mission of Cascade Circle Inc is to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients in a compassionate and personalized manner. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and empowering our patients to take an active role in their healthcare.


Our counselors are Registered or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors. There are only 3 certifying agencies approved by the State of California. Many of our counselors have many years of experience in the field.  We believe we have a good team of counselors willing to walk you through this process.


Please click the link at the top of the HOME page and fill out the enrollment information to begin the process. When we get your information, we will reach out to you to make an appointment. These appointments are mostly in person or virtual via zoom if you are not in the Redding area.  The appointment takes about one hour, and you would need to provide paperwork from the court if court ordered.

There is a down payment of $200.00 due at the enrollment appointment.

If you live in Shasta, Trinity or Siskiyou Counties or if you got your DUI in one of those counties then we can help you.

If this is not your case, we can still help you, but you would need to transfer to us.


We offer Live Virtual Services through the Zoom Platform.  Your sessions will be live with other group participants and your counselor.  You would need to have strong reliable Wi-Fi connections as well as a phone, tablet or computer to do sessions virtually.


Yes, we offer services in person as well as virtually.

There is no cost to download and use Zoom. Just download and click “Join a Meeting”

Go to zoom.us in your browser

Click “Resources” top right gray area

Click “Download ZOOM Client” just below in drop down

Click big blue “Download” in the ZOOM client for meetings

Click “open file” in the downloads drop box

If an icon does not show up on your screen you can search for zoom in the search bar of your computer. You can also always go to zoom.us in your browser and just click “join a meeting” to get going.

THERE IS NO NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT


 You will need to have ZOOM downloaded on your device.

 • Open your ZOOM App and click “Join a Meeting”

 • Enter Meeting ID number you were given (See TELEX column on your schedule) 

• Below Meeting ID type your FULL name (this is how attendance is taken if your name is not correct you will not get credit for the class) 

• Audio and video MUST be on. (Credit will NOT be given if we cannot see and hear you) It is recommended you attempt to enter your meeting early in case you have problems so that you can be on time to group. If you are having problems sometimes it works to uninstall and reinstall your ZOOM App. 

If you are trying to sign in after your start time you will not be allowed in and will be given an absence. 

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR CORRECT NAME IS ENTERED SO YOU GET CREDIT FOR YOUR MEETING.

If you get into your meeting and your name is not correct you may click on the following:

Click Participant-Click your name-Click more

Click "Rename" -Type in your correct name.


 JotForm is a digital signature platform much like DocuSign.  The State of California requires that we get signatures from clients for each group or education session they attend virtually.  They State will not allow us to give credit to anyone that does not sign at the beginning of their session using a JotForm link provided to you in the chat box during the zoom session. You MUST print and sign, it is hard but make it look somewhat like a signature. You cannot just make a mark, dot or smile face or you will not get credit.


After you put your name and sign it is VERY important that you see the message that says, "THANK YOU" This is what tells you your signature was captured, and you are eligible for credit.

The Good News:
If you are terminated from the program, you do not lose the time or money you have already invested—as long as you reinstate within 2 years of your termination date.


The Bad News:
If you are terminated, and you had previously regained your driver’s license by enrolling in the program, the DMV will suspend your driving privileges due to the termination.


Fees & Requirements for Reinstatement:

  • You are responsible for paying all fees for services you received up to the point of termination.
     
  • Please note that the monthly payment plan does not always match the number of services you’ve already attended. Any outstanding balance must be paid before you can schedule a reinstatement appointment.
     
  • You can call or email our office to confirm your balance, or refer to your termination notice for details.
     
  • A $75 reinstatement fee is required at time of R/I appointment.
     

Steps to Reinstate:

  1. Pay any outstanding service fees.
     
  2. Submit the $75 reinstatement fee.
     
  3. Return to our homepage and complete the online enrollment paperwork through the link provided.
     
  4. CCI will reach out to schedule your reinstatement appointment.
     

We strongly encourage you to reinstate as soon as possible so you can complete your program and move forward.
